I am currently negotiating to buy a Dutch Tulip-branded OEM version of Windows 1.03.

This is exciting for me, since a Dutch version of Windows < 3.0 has never been shared nor is on our FTP as far as I know.

The person who is offering it is also has MS-DOS 3.30 Dutch Tulip-branded, which does not seem to be on our FTP either.

Unfortunately, the negotiation has failed.

The seller sent me a messaging stating that he already sold the disks to another person.

I'll try and contact the buyer to see if I can at least get my hands on the disk images.

Yeah, we need to wait for him to log in again (which he hasn't since yesterday) and post about this (and he hasn't posted since July 7th). Anyway, this is a nice offer
