Is it ever leaked? I was searching on Internet and I cannot find this one for download, only references to that this one exists.

No, I don't think it did leak. It was going to leak, but x64 leaked first (and .16384 x64 is leaked), and then pretty quickly focus shifted to .16385 instead.

Windows 7 7600.16384 is the same as the retail version except it has a huge flaw in internet explorer which got prevented from being the final release.

This one isn't real RTM, so I am requesting this one, but 32-bit, which is not on FTP.
