WIndows 9 supposed for 30th of September ?

Post by chrisjose1913 »

So looking around today it seems many sources searched on Google have suggested a release for September 30th. i can't find any microsoft site for the windows 9 download page, i remember with windows 8 DP the download page was setup with grayed out links days before the release. It would be good if anyone knows of the page or if it even exists. or even if September 30th is the date.

The only thing that will happen on 30th September is the build getting previewed and not given to anyone.

When it gets live, this will be the link: http://prev.windows.microsoft.com/en-us ... w-download (Currently times out)

That is the EEAP program, thus not meant for public at all, that link works properly only if you applied the EEAP invitation code, it leads to build 9834.

They seem to be taking the Threshold name to the extreme when they call it Windows TH.

There were a few more pictures of the supposed "preview" coming on Sept. 30th here for anybody interested. :

I'd be surprised if nothing happens on September 30th

Well we will find out tomorrow, I am going to test it on the gaming side. it will be interesting to see the results. but it seem we have loads of sources claiming windows TH will be released to the public tomorrow 30th. i am surprised of the lack of topics on beta archive regarding windows 9.

Windows 9 Preview will launch at the end of the month
They said it will be leaked on late September, so it could be today or tomorrow.

So, if someone has access to download it, could they upload it to the FTP? :3

The ISO's will most likely stay unleaked until the build is available for public download, and when that happens we will have a giant release of international versions of these builds, just like 8102, 8250, 8400, and 9431.

This is not a leak, this will be a public download.

I hope that the news sites are wrong and that they allow access to download the Technical Preview today and not in October.

Unless new news has emerged the downloads are expected today, apart from that not much is known. I have not got my hopes up yet.

I've read that Windows 9 will be $30 for Windows 7 Users. I wonder how that would work.
Half-Life is a pretty good game.

More sites are stating that there would be no build given today but instead "early October". Hm. :/

Windows Defender for great justice! Bugs are an international trading company. I need to defeat the anti-debugging and obfuscation methods. It wasn't for Intel's absurd ability to load in ie6. Why even waste time with people in an envelope?
