How can I use a debugger for Windows 9x chk builds?

You have to install a debugger after you installed windows, a good one for windows 9x was softice which is a kernel debugger, but never used it on a beta version.

ovctvct might want to test checked builds with a debugger i guess

WDEB386.EXE, from the related SDK.

Go ahead and try to use it for debugging Chicago 224 Check/Debug, probably you can achieve the issue of why it's not booting up (Using check/debug USER.EXE not the free one - We already know it'll work using free USER.EXE).

Here're some hints: 0xBFF6614E, 0x2CE, 0x540, 0x13AA, 0xEAA ;)
