Theming Taskbar after 9x Series?

Theming Taskbar after 9x Series?

When theming on NT and 2000, I Just used to ObjectBar and WindowBlind. But I was bored do this so I decided to another way.
Theming at Titlebar, use ShellWM, but I don't know how to theme taskbar. Is there a way to theme taskbar without ObjectBar?

I haven't really heard of anything else that can mod UIs besides Windowblinds.
Who cares about anything if it's boring?
