Most people use virtualbox... but it has 16 color quality display in windows 9x.So here is how to fix that!

2.Open VM

3.Load the ISO file

4.Open Control Panel > Display > Settings > Advanced > Adapter

5.Click Change > Specify the location of the driver (Advanced) > Specify the Location

6.Browse To (CD Letter):\128MB > Next

7.Choose Upgrade the Driver > Then Click Next > Finish

8.It should prompt you to restart,if it doesn't restart by yourself

9.After Restarting the Graphics is better!

Already knew about this trick, thanks to another topic opened by someone a lot of time ago... Anyway, thanks for having re-posted it, in case somebody forgot it.

VBEMP is worse than VMware SVGA II driver, so what's the point?

VirtualBox doesn't provide native display drivers for 9x, so VBEMP or Scitech Display Doctor are the only ones available for 9x on VirtualBox unless someone comes up with a new generic display driver.

VMware requires Hardware visualization, something that my "Prescott 2M" P4 doesn't have. VBox is the only alternative for me.

VMware Workstation 7.x runs without hardware virtualization iirc.
Windows Defender for great justice! Bugs are an international trading company. I need to defeat the anti-debugging and obfuscation methods. It wasn't for Intel's absurd ability to load in ie6. Why even waste time with people in an envelope?
