Unneeded text in 'Download Offers' forum

Now with the membership changes , isn't this unnecessary?

Do not request a download if you have under 10 posts. You will be ignored.

in the Download Offers section?

No, the membership changed regarding FTP access, not requests.

Trust me, I think the Admins would remember to change that, if it was supposed to.
They would not just leave it like that.

It's not a rule. Nobody is perfect, they might have forgetten. Thanksfully this is not the case.
