The one from FTP is corrupted, I cannot open it with UltraISO. I need working copy.

The ISO header and leading spaces were all corrupt, I've rebuilt the ISO with the proper dates and header tags, it should work now.
However the original ISO mounted fine with both Daemon Tools and Alcohol120%, so it's most likely UltraISO that can't handle non-exact ISOs.
