Old-dos FTP site

Post by raff1992 »

Some time ago, I found this site:

ftp://old-dos.ru/

It contains a very big collection of abandonware games, CD collections, programs and operating systems.

Its access credentials can be found here ---> http://oscollect.old-dos.ru/

It's known in here and it uses BA server's files. But it's a good download source for amateurs.

Actually, the 7z files are repacked WinWorldPC 7z archives that are in return repacked rar archives from BA.

Certainly, a good many of them may be from BA or WW, but I also know some files are there that came from elsewhere.

It's a mishmash, but the odd thing can be found from time to time.

Actually, I used to reference this website while helping out with the requests.

There is, however, another password-free alternative (still same mirror): ftp://176.107.241.42/

That won't happen if you use a proper FTP client instead of your browser.

I prefer Winworld.
winworldpc.com
over that one.

I prefer BetaArchive.
Windows Defender for great justice! Bugs are an international trading company. I need to defeat the anti-debugging and obfuscation methods. It wasn't for Intel's absurd ability to load in ie6. Why even waste time with people in an envelope?
