POSReady 2009 theme on Windows XP?

I've duplicated the theme from Embedded POSReady 2009. Help yourselves.

However, when I installed it into XP, it showed a solid color wallpaper. I need some help there.

Apart from the branding on the wallpaper, it's identical to the theme used in Windows Embedded Standard 2009 (which isn't surprising since POSReady is basically just a pre-packaged version of Embedded). There are a number of install packages for that version of the theme floating around; it shouldn't be too hard to swap out the wallpaper in one of those.
