How about the EOL of Windows XP x64?

Post by BetaNewbie »

Will it be the same as Server 2003? In 2015?
Since it uses the Server 2003 codebase.
If yes, it may be a *good* choice for those who just want to use XP.

It is EOL , but I don't think that it has reached 10 years yet.

This is correct. Windows XP x64 went EOL the same date as the 32-bit version, but it's about 4 years newer. The same thing applies to for example Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005.
