It's too hard to do it in the CD
Anyway, neither Server 2003 or 2008 or 2008R2 had OOBE.

Go to the CD and extract a file called MAKECAB.EX_ on the desktop with 7Zip or WinRAR.
Put the video file you want to use to the desktop and rename it to INTRO.wmv (the file needs to be .wmv before renaming!!!)
Open CMD
Go to the desktop in CMD (C:\Users\UserName*\Desktop) *UserName refers to your account name
Type: MAKECAB INTRO.WMV
Wait a moment.
Now you should get a file called INTRO.WM_
Copy it to the CD.
