Two days testing syspreping registries and solution was found.
With this reg fix you can sysprep every NT OS which can be syspreped with sysprep ver.2.0 from server 2003 SP1 or sysprep from Longhorn build 4074, over and over again. This will REMOVE/BYPASS 3 times sysprep limit!

Follow the next five steps:
1. Open Notepad and paste following text, and save as bypass3tlsp.reg file (with *.reg extension not with *.txt)

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup\Sysprep\SysprepAfterExecute]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup\Sysprep\SysprepBeforeExecute]

2. Merge (install) bypass3tlsp.reg file
3. Restart
4. Extract Deploy.cab to Program files\Deploy
5. Run Sysprep with following options:

Everything else you need to do, is to Map your VHD and /Capture it in wim image with ximage from build 4059 (or Win2K3SP1).

I've 7 times syspreped Longhorn build 4066 - and everything works fine, from installation (applying the image) to activation with antiwpa.
