As for Microsoft Windows 2.20, I've never heard of it...it's either fake or unleaked.

Nope, he's referring to me doing a find-and-replace for "1.01" with "1.00" on all the files, with a hex editor. It took me ages, as well.

There are debug system files in the 1.03 SDK
There is not a 0.x version in real there are DR 1-5 then alpha and a beta of 1.0
All claimed 0.xxx builds are fake.
