Looks like cnBeta.COM got a pre-Beta or Windows 7 SP1...

If I am not mistaken, the complete buildtag of this build is 6.1.7601.16485 (winmain_sp.100114-1500)...

Maybe. Most likely Microsoft started compiling post-RTM SP builds at 7601.16384 (what would be v.0 and thus v.101 is 7601.16485). But probably they skipped some builds...
And as we know, there have been already earlier builds from the winmain_sp branch (6.1.7225.0 for example)..

Probably the end of January / early February.

Great news that USB 3.0 support will be introduced. 3.0 is amazing i can't wait to get a USB 3.0 external Hard Drive. Hopefully this service pack is out soon, as we already have USB 3.0 technology out. Unfortunately Microsoft usually releases the first service pack 9 months to a year after release, so the support it falling behind.

Just because it's from China doesn't mean it's fake. We've seen other leaks from China in the past that ended up being perfectly legitimate.
