I don't believe Digitally. Nobody got the first beta that was released. And yes, I'm that guy from GabeN.

This definitely is not a beta as the beta did have beta written on the start screen. This is probably a pre-release build as it is dated to be September 29 2004 and the game was released on October 7 2004. Also the build here is 2156 and the build that is currently being used is build 3846.

Because they don't have access to it. I work for a company that might still have a copy lying around on their drives, but there's no way of getting it.

The version i got is probably the first public version (not the Cafe-Version)

-you have to buy ammo
-all CT's are Seal team six
-all T's are Phoenix Connection
-all standard maps (without de_nuke and cs_militia)

I have the GCF for the build that has the yellow beta overlay on it.

It is:
Protocol version 3
Exe version 1.0.0.0 (cstrike)
Exe build: 19:01:57 Aug 13 2004 (2106)
I can post screenshots of need be, and if wanted uploaded if it is the real beta

It has only one map de_dust size: 10,841,812 bytes
