How i can make Windows 95 to Vista. Icons, taskbar, sound etc. (Sorry for my bad english)

im guessing you want to make 95 look like vista?

the sounds would be the easiest, all you need to do is get the sounds from vista, copy them to 95 and use the sound editing thing in 95 to play the vista ones instead.

You would have to use a program like reshacker to edit the windows 95 files to show the vista icons (you can get the vista icons from around the net some where).

I'm not sure about the task bar. you would need some kind of program for that

This doesn't exist as of yet IIRC. I kinda fail to see the point in that as well. You'd have to make one yourself and combine that with the required utilities to have all the Vista eyecandy on 9x. There are transformation packs, but I think they only apply to XP and 2003.
