I was JUST about to say, man you need a bigger desk. But I guess you've got the same problem alot of people have...not enough room for bigger furniture.

I found that thinking more about where to put things made my room a lot neater (though it may not look it):
Image
That and cleaning it more.

I also got a lot of neat stuff from school i put to the left of the computer desk:
Image
I also have another 20 MHz scope, 2 RF generators and another dB Meter.

Bonus pic of where I keep my 35mm stuff:

The previous owners put it in when they had a baby, presumably they were very lazy people.

This is my desk as of... About a month back. Not a lot has changed except that I now have 3 UPSes hooked up to the big orange batteries you see holding the upper level of my desk up.

I didn't realize how dirty my stuff was until I took the pictures. It is because my room is dark. :)

I would rather go with cheaper multiple screens than buy a gigantic monitor (really it is just that I already have the smaller ones XD)

When we figure out if we are selling the gaming computer (to build a system from scratch) i will post a picture or post a picture the next weekend of the new system :P.

I haven't had the time to actually bother with setting my system up probably since moving, so I just plonked it down where ever.

Here is my desk, with a brand new Canon printer that came yesterday, eMachines OEM speakers, an okay-ish HP computer, and a Acer X223W 22 inch monitor.

Damn I feel pretty insignificant; you've all got decent rigs, when I'm only running an Intel dual-core T5800 machine... 4GB RAM though, 'tis rather nice. Laptop, by the way, so my desk is a bed. =/ -AC

I wouldn't feel so insignificant...I just migrated from a Pentium 4 machine to my first desktop dual core... alot of us get what we can get when we are able. Even the fastest systems will eventually become obsolete, its just a matter of when.

hey, don't worry about your rig, man.

Mine might look pretty good, but the guts of it is actually just a P4 2.8GHz CPU with 2GB of DDR 400MHz ram, might look good and everything, but it's still a beast when it wants to be.

Your Lappy beats the hell out of my Tower any day! :D

Yeah, its messy. During school period, I haven't had time to clean up my desk. Waiting when the exams are finished, then I will do a big cleanup in my room. :D
