Not really, there has always been people joining at the 13 age mark. I remember joining OSBA when I was 13....I'm 16 now. It's just that we are getting older and we consider 13 year olds to be too young to be on forums, though in reality we broke our own beliefs by joining up to these forums at that age as well. At least that's how I feel

Yeah, I joined OSBA I wanna say right before turning 15? Age doesn't determine maturity; Maturity determines age. You can an ignorant person at the age of 40 and have the maturity level of a 7 year old.
