Ok, good list,

but:

I've got already the zune theme for xp (made by microsoft). I like that one, because it's not completely vista, but lookslike it a bit.

Cursor, I will only change the hourglass (I think it's in english?) into a round
Logon: Yep, it will be marxo's
Icons: Most will stay the same, only an update for my computer, my documents etc
Sidebar: I've got one of vista RC
Sounds: I think most are good, maybe some changes
Startmenu: I've got ViStart and i think its super good!
Dreamscene: I don't think this is good for XP. It will be extremely slow
Visual Taks Tips is a very good idea!
Glass: I'm not sure if i'm going to do this. I don't think so. Many people say vista is too slow. With this you make XP also slow.

I will also use the vista welcome screen.

Thank you for the list!

What about this as bootscreen? (http://6xgate.deviantart.com/art/Lha-Bootskins-13453233). I will change it a bit, but I think it's quite cool!

I like using Royale Noir on the black scheme, or alternatively Zune with Trebuchet MS 10 White Bold as the title font.

And repeating what's left, the site (ask Andy) and the installer (I doubt NSIS replaces read-only/in use files on rebooting, but ntoskrnl is an exception, always in use). Also Dreamscene, an alternative using DirectShow and hooking the desktop would be good (if I know the correct hooks. Maybe getting the HWND of "Program Manager" window and setting DS to output the display to the retrieved HWND?).

Google for it. I'm not going to tell everything, then nobody will test my fsp anymore. :P

I asked Andy for webspace, but you have to be minimum 3 months registered. I'm almost so long, but I have to wait a few days. Until then, I'm going to use an other webhosting service on internet.

About the installer, I will look if it is good for me.

Can you explain more of this?:

Otherwise download Qsetup from Pantry, that is what I am using, it is getting something to get used to, but if you get it, it's simple, Only files or even registery settings.
(download from torrent).

About Dreamscene, Windows has a special window (named "Program Manager") which is a list view which holds the desktop icons. The best way for having Dreamscene without VideoLAN Player is: creating a small hidden application, which gets the HWND (Window Handle) of that window, and tells an internal video player to send the video to that window.

Ok, thank you for the explanation! Put I don't include it (sorry) into my project. I've tested it on my Windows XP (sp3) Pentium 3, 1gb memory (or more, don't know) and it works soo extremely slow. Vista's is fast, but VLC does this job very slow.

Sorry

Thank you for the good program DjRob!

I've got a direct X 10 version for windows XP without any trojans or virus. It's working good.

And I meaned that pack, in which the computer supports more space, could read HD & blueray discs.

What kind of new loginscreen would you like to see?

Really? If Direct-X 10 was backported to XP, the blogosphere would be on fire. I don't think it's possible, since people have tried it and failed. Can I see evidence of such? Like Crysis on XP running in Direct-X 10?

He said he would like something and andy said that he got an price, an permanent ban :P (Andy can be real funny).

He was just saying he has stuff wich he never cant have and then said here he would, the both got final warnings and Wildeye001 got to far and then was banned.

I think the only even somewhat successful attempt to port DX10 to XP is the Alky Project. And as far as I know, Alky isn't really able to do anything else except show 10.0 in dxdiag.

Is there then a free game or program so I can test that it is the real DX10? (the other game you said, you have to pay for so far i've seen)

Depending on your graphics card, you could either try NVIDIA Cascades and Medusa

http://www.nzone.com/object/nzone_medusa_downloads.html
or AMD/ATI Ruby Whiteout.

I'm afraid it's not possible to test it on virtual machine.
Testing would require DirectX 10 capable graphics card (at least Geforce 8xxx or Radeon HD 2xxx) and currently there is no virtualization software able to emulate DX10 hardware.

If you don't even have the proper hardware, how can you supposedly have Direct-X 10 running on your computer? Direct-X can't even be emulated yet! And having Direct-X 10 on your computer doesn't mean having a Dxdiag box with a slight modification from "9.0c" to "10.0".

Smells like a farce.

Sadly not.

As I said, the virtual pc image where on I was working, doesn't start up anymore. Today, I tried to start up my second one, but it has the same problem. The other problem is, when I made this topic, I had holidy. Now i have to go to school, so less time. I will make an image by this weekend, and I will finish the beta as soon as possible.

A future service pack for XP? Great! :D
But... this is too much Vista for me. I hate Vista's look.

We'll better try not spoofing suggestions, because the OP is *probably* working on FSP.

@zeehonden_3: Upgrade me to XP SP2 Portuguese... managed to get it.
