First, you install the USB Support for Windows 95 OSR2.1/2.5. Here the Instruction: http://www.usbman.com/Win95%20USB%20Guide.htm

After this, download the Driver at http://www.mdgx.com/spx/USBSTR95.EXE.

Unpack the file and start the file "_START.BAT". After restart Windows 95 supports USB FDD, Flash Stick and USB HDD.

The usb storage driver is currently BETA.

Actually, it is less nefarious than that. The link includes the sentences ending period as part of the link. Use http://www.mdgx.com/spx/USBSTR95.EXE
