Hi all,
PHP has once again been updated (to 5.4.6 this time) due to the newest release fixing various issues that caused us to revert last time.
If you encounter any errors around the site do let me know. Memory limits have been reduced as they were no longer needed to be so high. This could cause issues with the image uploader so if you come across any under normal use please let me know.

I've noticed that for some reason, YouTube videos aren't showing up, unless the system that I'm using at the moment for some reason doesn't have the Adobe Flash Player installed.
Has anyone else experienced the same problem, or is it just on my end?

WinPC, that is on your end, and YouTube has nothing to do this upgrade or even BetaArchive. You should have asked the question on YouTube help. This isn't your house/garden/kitchen section on BetaArchive, but for BetaArchive's announcements and reply only.

Whoa nelly, calm down. Technically speaking the way YouTube support is integrated into phpBB (the software we use on BetaArchive), which is via a bbcode, could theoretically get broken by a php update.

Probably a bad character in the file name or you removed it from the URL.
Edit: perhaps not. It happens with them all. I'll look into it later today as the php update looks to have disabled a feature it relied on. Probably globals which is now removed I believe.
