Please read the following rules before posting a download request in this area:

1. Don't post a request if you have under 10 posts as stated on the front page. If you do anyway, it will be deleted without further notice. This also applies to other members: If you see a request by someone with less than 10 posts and it hasn't been deleted yet, please don't reply to it.
2. Don't request for warez or any copyrighted software. Only betas (no matter how old or new) and finals of operating systems and applications that are at least 10 years old and therefore classified as abandonware are allowed to be uploaded to and shared on the BetaArchive FTP server.
3. If you have your own FTP server where you'd like other members to upload what you're looking for to, please don't post its login details in any open forum as that will probably lead to abuse. Post the login details in the Private Servers section instead.
4. Check that we don't already have the file on our FTP servers. If you don't have access to the FTP servers then ask someone who has (a moderator for example).

As known I bought some MSDN CD's from namronia. I've been busy with sorting everything out and as usual I made a dir listing for myself for the new items.

I will not image everything (since I'm short on disk space) so if there is anything special you'll think the FTP must have let me know...

As stated above I won't upload everything since I'm short on disk space and also short on time and my upload speed is not that high.

Make sure that you do NOT ask for anything that is already on the FTP or not allowed on the FTP... this is just the RAW list of all the new items I have...

N.B. Since MSDN CD's are not of brilliant quality I cannot guarantee the CD's can be image properly. From experience I can see that even the least scratch will result in a dead CD...

Don't ask me for uploading anything outside BetaArchive (so no MF, RS, MU and others). I will explicitly upload to the BA FTP for centralized storage and preservation...

2462. I have MSDN Discs 0785 and 0786 and they're Whistler Server/Advanced Server Beta 2, Build 2462. All the 078x Windows Whistler discs from May 2001 are Build 2462.

I know that everything is interesting for the FTP but I hope there will be a list of some items that are most interesting and maybe the rest will come at a later moment (when I have more time and HDD space for it).

I would love to get my hands on these:

1997_04 - 022 - 97617 - Windows NT Server 4.0 (Portugese-Brazilian)
2001_01 - 0086 - X06-11650 - Windows 2000 Versions - Iberian Portugese

My Windows NT Server 4.0 is a modified ISO (no digital signature near the end) and my Windows 2000 ISOs were all edited by other softwares...

Could you check the SHA1/CRC of "2001_01 - 0460 - X06-10961 - Windows NT Workstation 4.0 - Brazilian Portugese"?

I have this:

Thanks, I found it, but somehow I can't download it. I'm using Fillezilla Portable and I can download from other FTP folders. Is there some kind of limitation to my account?

Thanks. NT4 Workstation is the same as mine, NT4 Server has 6 different files from mine (different PID) so I'll keep both, now I'm only missing the "2001_01 - 0086 - X06-11650 - Windows 2000 Versions - Iberian Portugese" so I can verify against the Windows 200 custom ISOs I have.

Oh, and I couldn't download from the FTP server because I hadn't selected a local folder :$
