Sorry about this huge bump...
Messiah - (1999) Montage Video
A video showing some gameplay of Messiah from early 1999. There are some clear differences such as the heads-up-display and particle effects however there are also a few minor differences such as different sounds, animations and levels.

Jazz Jackrabbit 3 - Build 400 (2000)
I played the build myself, and it's amazing how far they came! The game is pretty much completely playable and it's a total shame that the game was never finished..I guess the publishers didn't see what they had on their hands!! I wonder if the original developers are still around..

Messiah - (1999) "World Gone Mad" Trailer
Early trailer which shows some gameplay footage. Only real clear difference here is the early heads-up-display.
Messiah - (N/A) "Character Actions"
"What you'll see here are renderings of the production animations. There are no textures on the models because these models are optimized for animation. The in-game models are so detailed, that my computer simply can't handle them." - Gabriel

Daikatana - (1998) Version 0.10
This is version 0.10 of Daikatana which was released in 2000. This early build shows the state of the game after the switch to the new engine and the changes made during this transition are massive however it's worth noting how little the game has changed from this stage of development over the next year.
I'd like to note that I am playing with "llama"/god mode enabled in this video so that I can demonstrate this more easily. Expect more videos of the various other levels soon.
