Hello everybody

I've installed the 30 days trial of Parallels Workstation Extreme. When I want launch a virtual machine, it show me this error:

The web site of Parallels says that: http://kb.parallels.com/6748. But I've no software they say.
I'm asking for your help!

I don't know sorry, I used Parallels very few times and didn't encounter this error.

If it can help, I use Norton Internet Security 2012, Ant.com for IE, Freemake Video Downloader and BitTorrent

Try disabling your antivirus. The others shouldn't make a difference.

You think it's Norton who poses problem but I try it and it does not work. And then, I paid 150$ for Norton, it would be stupid to uninstall, is it not.
