Well I have this little issue I have run into. My friend gave me his old copy of Medal of Honor 2010 that he doesn't play anymore, and I installed it perfectly but when I go to play online, I can't activate the key, probably because he activated it before. Is there a way for him to deauthorize the game so that I can use it or am I going to be forced to use a crack?

There is no way to deauthorize it. Keys are one owner only. So you'll need to use a crack.

Cracks will get you banned from origin. Ive tried to use cracks on there before. Just ask for his account if he gave you the game.

A cracked game can be launched without starting Origin, dude. If he's not starting the game through their program, they can't ban him because they won't KNOW he's using a crack.

Exactly right. The game is not registered on Origin.
