Hi. Today When I was downloading Patch for Unreal Tournament (1999) I don't checked Patch file just click to check it and after entering EXE archive NOD32 show me in C:\Windows Trojan, so I click delete it. When I scan this Patch file it show that name of virus: NSIS » DpiSca.exe » NSIS » Script.nsi - NSIS/TrojanDownloader.FakeAlert.DK.Gen. It's dangerous one virus or not ? Because I am not sure if this things is more than only virues. Thanks in advance for helping.

TrojanDownloader. It may download other executables. Do scan your system.

Should use MBAM and MSE, NOD32 is not a scratch on both in action.

A false positive usually shows Win32/HackTool.

Well, it says "FakeAlert". :D
Would be very dumb by the AV developer to name malware like this.

FakeAlert probably refers to those malwares displaying false security warnings, which are misleading pop-ups stating the PC is highly risked or something, and that's why antivirus developers name like that.

Hm, yes, that sounds possible too.
Although it could be somewhat misleading. ;)
