I just went to install Windows NT 5.0 b.1515 (2k beta), made the boot floppies, didn't use any switches (/b to skip floppies, NT boot loader cannot be installed), and then restarted and loaded the drivers.
Suddenly,

About to install it over another OS.

Mountain Lion, 6730, 8400
Don't use VMware. Install on Virtual PC 2007, but before doing so, turn off ACPI and Power Management in VPC's BIOS, and it will work.

I started the winnt /b setup after restarting Win95 to MS-DOS Mode.
There was an entry which i executed and it again crashed.
