So it's been 7 days now that i've been pinging well over 5000+ easy on a T1 line. There are other people here but the time being that i've been living here, the experience of "lag" i got when they "both" were using it wasen't that high. I would go max 500-700. It feels like an attack, yet i don't see any unusual ports in tcpview. My connection speed it's connected at is 72Mbps, 5 bars full. I've tried moving, resetting router, resetting internet box, updated drivers.... i'm out of ideas. No viruses either.

Alright so, I'm experiencing speed differences by using a VPC. Still very slow but why would it be different?
On host i download max 15-25kbps (originally i've acheived 4mbps on a torrent) and on a VPC i get max 40-50kbps. How is that even possible?

Ok, so i fixed my problem. It was a worm that was hidden VERY WELL (AKA OMG HARD)
in my processes. I had a process revealer but it wasen't showing. I had tcpviewer it wasen't showing. I finally decided to just take out my net card and run the computer without it. NOW it was showing in my process revealer. Why? I don't know. But i deleted the hell out of it.

Always check on your processes if you run into a problem like this. It won't show on task manager but if you get a hidden proccess revealer, you might get a better chance.
