Right Click -> New Folder Name it "and now, the moment you've all been waiting for" Right Click -> Rename to "we proudly present for your viewing pleasure" Right Click -> Rename to "The Microsoft Windows 95 Product Team!"
Also, it seems this egg modifies any and all Explorer file browser dialogs:

That's not an easter egg at all, but rather just a sample MIDI file included with several versions of Windows (at least up to Windows Vista, but I don't remember seeing it in Windows 7 or any of the Windows 8 builds that I worked with).

I found it in my Windows/Media folder on Windows 7, along with flourish.mid and town.mid.

Also does Windows 8 CP. Looks like they are really long lasting files.

Also one that always amazed me for some reason is the onestop.mid in the Windows folder. I've wondered what that was used for.
Since they're pretty old I think they've been there just to show off the good MIDI capabilities of Windows (and for diagnostic purposes, see dxdiag). In fact they sound very nice for being just MIDIs.

I can remember an easter egg to do with Windows 98 First Edition, Internet Explorer 4.0 and credits. It might not have involved IE, though.
It was an IE4 easter egg. You could get a list of the IE4 development team if you did a couple keyboard commands in the About dialog of IE4. I have the credits page up on my site, but it only works in IE and it runs blazingly fast on modern computers. http://www.beige-box.com/ie4/
