Chris Porter (Level Designer Capcom): The game was in production for the SEGA Saturn. Then SEGA discontinued the platform. Since the project was nearly complete we pitched it to Sony, who declined it. Sony probably declined it because our game very closely resembled Blasto.
Tennis Arena (テニス・アリーナ) is a tennis game developed by Smart Dog and published by Ubisoft for the Sega Saturn and the PSX. It was only released in Japan.
Already released on the 3DO and PlayStation the Action game Return Fire™ was shortly before its appearance on the SEGA Saturn. But there were problems with the japanese version of the game, as the commentary of the Producer Prolific shows: The game was finished for the Sega Saturn.
The game is called Lightning Gunner and was developed by E.O. Imagination. It seems that the game's code is far from being optimal... hence the generally low framerate and massive slowdown at times.
The Sega Saturn version was still developed and eventually completed, but it was never released because of publishing issues with Eidos first and with Sega Europe later, the latter securing publishing rights of the Sega Saturn version after Eidos dismissed them and stating to release it in Europe in November 1997, a release that never happened eventually. An early prototype, with older character designs, was leaked in November 2008.
Rockman Dash/Megaman Legends (Capcom Friendly Club Beta Edition)
The beta build was only given out to new members of the now defunct "Capcom Friendly Club" who joined the club at the right time. Only ten to fifteen copies exist.

ATV 3 Lawless never got released because the original publisher acclaim went bankrupt before it got released. ATV 3 Lawless is a pretty good quad racer.
The game began development in 2002 and was originally scheduled for release on the Xbox and Playstation 2 by the end of 2004. Well, 2004 came and went, and Acclaim, as I'm sure you know, filed for bankruptcy, leading to The Red Star being delayed. That is, until it was picked up in 2006 by XS Games, and finally released in April of 2007, but only for the PS2!
Released : 6 May, 2011 Platform : Sega Dreamcast Region : NTSC-US Length (MSF) : 80:00:00 CD(s) : 3 (80min) Format : ALCOHOL 120% AUDIO/DATA WITH CUSTOM CDDA
The Lost Vikings was a side-scrolling platform game developed by Silicon & Synapse (today known as Blizzard Entertainment) and distributed by Interplay Entertainment in 1992. It was originally released for SNES and then ported to several platforms like Commodore Amiga, CD32, Game Boy Advance, MS-DOS and Sega Mega Drive. The music was done by Charles Deenen, a dutch game music composer.

I've merged all your posts - please do not spam multiple posts on the forum if you can put them in a single post, we don't like members ramping up their post count this way. I also believe most of these are on the FTP already but I will check before the next release.
I'll keep this post on the forum due to all the info, videos etc you added, good for future reference.

I've processed all these betas - some of them will not reach the server due to duplicates or broken links. I suggest you check your links before posting them on this forum, or you upload them directly to BA to be sure they don't "get lost" among all other forum threads.
