What are you trying to say here? I don't understand.

The picture says that the bug report page version is 5.00.00.5119, which could be a Neptune build.

More likely it's just the version of the Help system.

We've known this for so long now... Here's a little briefing:

There are 4 bug reporting page versions in various Whistler builds (5117, 5118, 5119 and 5120). The first is likely a port of Neptune's (actually Millennium's) bug reporting page, because it still saves the reports in "C:\Neptune_bugs". However, since version 5118 onwards, the bug reports are saved in "C:\Whistler_bugs", which suggests the page was rewritten and simply kept the old versioning scheme. This is a conclusion I and ultrawindows made. The bug reporting page versions may indicate Neptune build numbers, but it's not a reliable source... IIRC 5120 was found by Namronia, but all were probably known since OSBA days anyway...
