Super Tools is just a little joke, stemming from this post: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=17680&p=205665
It's just something a few members here (including myself) found funny and took off with.

Also, hi xXxWindows8_FANxXx ;)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but his writing style appears to have next to nothing in common with Windows8_Fan's. (Didn't he have horrible grammar and space out punctuation?)
EDIT: Of course, if there's IP evidence then forget what I just said.

Sorry, just had to post the SuperTools mascott. To elaborate on what LinuxLove said, I am president of SuperTools whilst LinuxLove is vice president. Derf is the chairman of marketing and mattarnster is the quirky idea person. Also, Linuxlove, Derf and I come up with the best fixes for computers and other electronic gadgets.

xXxWindows8_FANxXx used lots of proxies, so he's reusing 'em.

Proxy servers sometimes can be used to breakthrough blocking of a site, yet it's also widely used to create a fake logging IP (esp. in forums), making others unable to recognize the real identity of the poster.

Most of the time its the thing people use so that they won't be tracked especially by forums. I don't bother with them that much if your a pro at it you use an IP scrambler, Virtual Private Network, and a few other tools those are only used by one other group of people for obvious reasoning.

Most over-used excuse in the book.

By the way, was that Windows8Fan guy banned? If not, why would he evade? :S

I thought of Windows XP Super Tools, but they were actually called Power Tools, so yeah, Super Tools don't exist.

*hehe* Discussing IPs. Although really, IPs change so by chance you could end up getting another members IP is you use the same ISP in the same city. Or maybe its at a public hotspot.
