How do you install it?

You cannot install the ESDs right now. They are encrypted and only the Windows 8 Beta Web Installer can decrypt and install them.

Where can i find web installer?

I'm quite sure that you can find them on MS servers.

The web installer is not yet available. It will be released when the Beta is officially launched.

The consumer preview will be mirrored to BA in about 10 minutes for anyone finding Microsoft slow. It will be left in the ROOT of the FTP for a short time until it is properly re-packed by mrpijey.

I'll certainly test it out for myself, however, that will have to wait until I'm finished testing not only the Server counterpart of the previous build (Developer Preview - Build 8102), but also the Developer Tools counterpart of the same build, yet, as with the Client counterpart of my coming Windows 8 Review for BetaArchive, since the Server counterpart was also released, I'm also going to postpone my work on the Server ("for Servers") counterpart in the same way, until I've finally upgraded to Build 8250.

Also, is there a Developers Tools counterpart of the Consumer Preview (Build 8250)?

Don't want to lose Start button, will keep Developer Preview until January 16, 2013.

Downloaded it at ~8MB/s!
When I tried to install though, I got some error that Windows failed to install on the selected disk even if the installer itself made the partition, and it didn't help to create with diskpart or format or anything, so I had to cancel to unplug my other drives to get past that point. No idea what caused the problem, seemed like it didn't create the System Reserved partition for some reason...
On my second try I got stuck for ~10 minutes on "Expanding Windows files (99%)", checked Task Manager and there was no activity either on the CPU nor RAM...
Third try now!

Comodo (firewall) won't work on Windows 8 yet; That's one major problem. :$

Guys I'm stuck with the WebSetup folder with over 2GB in size and no "Uninstall option". Is there a tool to remove it?!??

Hope somebody figures out how to disable Metro in this release. Microsoft isn't going to let us turn Metro off are they? I haven't read anything about that. I don't think that the way to disable Metro in the DP is going to work in the CP.
