View topic - Need help with DVD-RW - Windows, Apple, Application, Abandonware and Game Beta Downloads/Repository

I probally sound like a right idiot asking this but I currently have Windows 8 installed on this DVD-RW, my other computer is broken and I have no installation discs, So what if I burned Windows embedded to that DVD-RW will I be able to burn Windows 8 back on it?

the clue is the last 2 lettters RW and generally they put the wods rewriteable on the packaging

Speaking of that, I once bought a box of blanks that had "RW" written on them, but they turned out to be plain regular "R"...

If its a DVD-ROM drive it may not be able to read an RW disc. If its a DVD burner drive then it should be able to read the RW disc.
