Try with Speccy and give us the specs it reports, because I don't understand a single thing.

1. Open up taskmgr.exe and kill apps which consume a lot of the PC's RAM.
2. Open msconfig.exe and remove these apps from startup.
3. Reboot the PC.
4. (Consider using a more lightweight anti-malware software).

He using MSE. And he using very much programs (2-3 file explorer, google chrome, winamp)
and sometimes loads the pages very slow firefox, and chrome too. And MSE only in autorun. CPU is 10-20 %. RAM is 1,0 and 1,5 used. possible the 0,5 ram pagefile slow down the pc.

More RAM (but for WinXP 1Gb enough 2 Gb for firefox and chrome).
Fast CPU (Celeron E1400 is slooooooow).
Change HDD to SSD.

Very slow for Word, Internet or gaming?

I would upgrade the CPU to a Core 2 Duo E7600 and add a dedicate graphics card, something like a Radeon HD 6770.
Upgrade cost : Approximately €200.

Only loading internet pages slow and sometimes the windwos cant move.
Processor is 2,0 dual-core and 10-20% only the usage. Possible the hard drive ram or video card (Intel Chipset Family) needs to be upgrade

63200 Ft.
Also, you can upgrade to Windows 7 by purchasing an original copy. If you want, add an extra 36000 Ft.

That pirated Windows XP can slow down the PC.
If the BIG BROTHER (a.k.a. Microsoft) discovered it.

Use 7600.16384 Windows 7. It's RTM Escrow build of Windows 7 and is 64-Bit. That would be some improvement over pirated 32-bit Windows XP.

Start from upgrading RAM. Chrome and Firefox like memory.
And don`t upgrade to Win7 (because this OS like memory too).

CaptainPeanut, what??? Sorry, but it look like nonsense

As far as I know this build uses RTM licensing...

Oh my, that's a lot. Do what I said. You don't need Adobe Updater and Nokia PC Suite at startup, seriously. Upgrading RAM will help (to two gigs), but it won't "blast through the speed" with that Celeron anyway, though.

kopp wrote:

Absolutely the same at speed. Architecture is both IBM-compatible. Their assembler instructions are alike.
