How can i install simple chinese language pack? it isnt available on microsoft.com

I remember trying to change the language of Windows before...
Ended up turning into a strange mix of Chinese and English interfaces.

Even though I come from China and speak Chinese, I can't read Chinese. So I tried hanging the language and ended up with half English programs and half Chinese programs. But instead of installing a language pack, I think... Just remembered, I changed the language bit in the registry and ran Windows Update instead, making it install english updates. However, the unupdated portions remained in Chinese...

download it here : http://soft1.wmzhe.com/download/200712/WindowsXP简体中文语言包.rar
and run MUISETUP.EXE and you can change language in Control Panel.
