hey all
im looking for an app that makes backup of a folder at a specific time
just like copy the folder with the files inside to another folder and name it ... current "date"

If it's for Windows, you could write a simple batch script using XCOPY to do the job, and then run it as a scheduled task at the time you want it to backup. I use a similar setup for BA backups.

I would use the same thing on Windows as Andy, but instead of XCOPY use ImageX.

im sorry i forgot to mention for windows

Visit http://www.computerhope.com/batch.htm and scroll to almost the bottom, it shows how to use time in a batch file.

We can't do all the work for you :) You have to do some yourself.
