Favourite OS Windows 7 7601
The oldest MS OS I have used is Windows 3.1 on a real computer (I actually did it about 2 years ago). Sadly the computer broke down since then. I have used even earlier versions of Windows and MS-DOS in virtual machines. (and DOS BOX ) )

I've used every major Microsoft OS that I can think of. Be it installing on my computer, or through VM. I can't remember if I actually installed Windows 3.1 on a computer, but one of my earliest computers did have Windows 95 on it, and then Windows 98. I have fond memories of the Plus! pack, especially of the Dangerous Creatures set.

I remember using Windows 95 when I was younger and in kindergarten I somehow setup the school computers (don't know how I did it since we didn't even have a computer at home) and ever since then I have loved computers xP
But yeah, I kinda miss Windows 95 and those old school DOS games xP

The first operating system I've ever used is Microsoft Windows 95. The oldest operating system I've ever used, however, is Microsoft Windows 3.1, which ran on top of MS-DOS 7.10. I've also used MS-DOS 6.22 on an emergency boot diskette, but since then I've upgraded that diskette with MS-DOS 7.10 files in order to be able to see past 8.3 GB of the HDD and in order to modify FAT32 partitions.

The oldest one i ever used was Windows 95. But the PC broke down just after installation so they changed it to Windows 98. It was in my own PC, with 2 years old only.

dont know if it counts as an OS, but you could use the BASIC interpreter to launch games etc. in addition to writing programs
If you count ROM basic, I've used the old Commodore PETS with the chicklette keys... The PET 2001 ... I think it had 8KB of ROM, I was building a db from tape (ARGH!) and I remember my program actually running out of memory!! Oh the horror!!!

I had a laptop that was running Windows 95 but I installed Windows Me. The oldest I used was Windows 1.0. I got bored one night and watched a video of how to install it in a virtual machine.
