As a result, 99.99% confirmed the WDP build is 8102. That's awesome, I can't wait for it, 9 hours remaining form now!

Well, the pictures about the Windows Developer Preview looks awesome, but someone know what happened with user tile, disabled is this build (its not on Tweakers.net/Winrumors pics ..) ?

No more usertitle in the taskbar IIRC.

I did some research and the user tile is not more in the systray but only in the metro interfase.

the build tag in the build keynote has a 8xxx tag (at least that what I saw, vid is grainy for me)
