If you can read dutch, here is the article: http://tweakers.net/reviews/2300/1/windows-8-een-nieuwe-start-inleiding.html

It is Build 8201, winmain_m3.110830-1739

You probably want to try out the preview release—and you can. Starting later tonight you can download the Windows 8 Developer Preview. This includes a 64-bit (x64) build with development tools to build apps and a 32bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) build without development tools. The releases also include a suite of sample applications (please note these are merely illustrations of potential apps, not apps that we intend to ship with Windows 8). As a result, 99.99% confirmed the WDP build is 8102. That's awesome, I can't wait for it, 9 hours remaining form now! :D Thanks Rob, love the screenshots.

I did some research and the user tile is not more in the systray but only in the metro interfase.

They seems changed the time from 8PM to later tonight at the blog post:

From

You probably want to try out the preview release—and you can. Starting at 8PM today, Seattle time, you can download all of the code that attendees at BUILD received. This includes 32 or 64 bit x86 builds, with or without development tools. The releases also include a suite of sample/SDK applications and the SDK (please note these are merely illustrations of potential apps, not apps that we intend to ship with Windows 8). The ISOs are linked to from http://dev.windows.com. You download with a Windows Live ID (which you might want to use to test out some of the new roaming features).

BUILD has finished now. Wow, the Immersive UI is looking pretty neat and solid, no wonder Microsoft is making it the standard UI for everyone. And WDP available for public download at 3 AM UTC! :D

I know, I was talking about today's keynote. x) And it's good to have the Developer Preview build available for the general public.

Sorry I've misunderstand your meaning, and yes it's nice Microsoft provide the DP to general public. :)

Microsoft made a bold move, removing the startmenu and replacing it with the startscreen.
