(Renegade 1 = World of C&C Tiberium in FPS - Released)
Renegade 2 = World of C&C Red Alert in FPS - Canceled

From that what I heard and what I found on the Internet is only information for canceling this game and one preview video release on follow link:

So, is it there some alpha/beta version of this game?

Not sure if it was leaked, but while searching I found some cool stuff for Renegade 1:
