I know this may be a stupid topic but...
How do you get the "No Way" screen in Sonic 3/Sonic and Knuckles/Sonic 3 and Knuckles IN an emulator?
And YES I tried googling.

that would be easiest way

hardest would be to get S&K rom, search for how to hex bind it with any other game
because on console any game locked on S&K + pressing ABC randomly would
kick you into NO WAY screen with random bonus stage (they are damn hard too)

Try to download the "Sonic Blue Sphere". It includes "No Way" screen and the game of "Blue Sphere".

The "No way" screen is one of the 3 games that you can get using the lock-on technology from Sonic&Knuckles. With the original cartridge, if you put a game that it's different from Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Sonic the Hedgehog 3, you will get that screen. You can simulate the lock-on doing from CMD copy /b "s&k.bin" + "mdrom.bin" "noway.bin". Prebuilded roms can be found on internet (look for SonAR, the Sonic Archive), the unofficial name is "Blue Sphere". When you get the "No way" screen, you can unlock the game and play pressing the joypad buttons A+B+C (in case of the emulators the default buttons are A+S+D).
