The setup takes 12 mins for me in this build. The most at expanding windows files (4 min).

Windows Developer Preview - 8102
It's on the Download FTP now. I'm downloading and will boot it up in VirtualBox... My text system is messed up so I'll save it only for the builds that are worth it. Besides, my new laptop can't run Windows 8 :/
