Windows NT 4.0 won't open the .cab files. I used the extract command, but it was still compressed.

Are you getting any error? Have you tried using any 3rd party program like 7-Zip ?

Try 7-Zip. It's freeware and useful for Windows NT :)

You can install the win95 power toy to open cab files. Works in nt 4.
