as the title says. anyone know it?

Look for a WINNT.SIF file in the i386 folder (I believe) and open it with notepad. It has a key. Or just use search and look for WINNT.SIF but you need the ISO extracted.

its actually Unattended.txt but the key in there didn't work

btw the build version is 2542 and it is listed on the server as rc2 but the same build at the website mentioned above is listed as RTM

The site says Pre-RTM, bot RTM.

Anyways, try using an RTM key (retail, if you have one) or try random Whistler keys from MCB.

Yes, it is. Even if it wasn't, it's still very useful. The user Rob Jansen on BetaArchive maintains the site.

after much looking, trying, and research it look like the wrong key is given for the pre-RTM build (thanks to user FoobyZeeky for all the help).

The site has valuable information including hundreds of keys and pictures, just because one is in need of changing doesn't mean it's a bad site. That's like saying "BA is a bad site, *rolls eyes* if the Windows 8 picture is fake why advertise the site" after seeing a thread containing such a picture.

MCB is a great site... A non-working key could easily slip trough as there is a lot of work to maintain such a site... 8-)

In the Key Keeper program (which is maintained by the BetaArchive user Linuxlove, IIRC). No prob, anyway.

when i restart it it asks for you to activate it before you can login.....is there a way around it?

AntiWPA is your best bet. Beware, though, antivirus software might block it.
