Videos with si_ prefix are not from beta, but they contain some beta elements, including Alien Grunt in Lambda Core in E3 1998 build (Half-Life Platinum trailer). All other videos are from beta. Hl-tenta.mpg and sewer.mpg are from 1PlayerD's archive, they have broken proportions. All other videos come from Half-Life Beta Project (there's a topic about HL1 beta with few videos and Preliminary Findings), Gamefront, Fileplanet, Sierra FTP and Half-Life Monsters of the Week at OGR.com.

Dang, it still amazes me how long DNF was in development for. Screenshots from the late 1990s, of a game to be released in 2011? Unthinkable!
