I downloaded it, but need to get a hold of the ISO to burn. Too bad you can't just "update" from Windows update lol.

Only one problem : IE9 RTM cannot be installed on this build and it contains only pre-rtm build of IE9 :/

I don't use IE so that won't be a problem for me.

Is there any issue with running IE9 pre-rtm? I heard that the firefox is not working properly. how about flash?

It may never leak. Just be happy that you got 7955 even if it is using a Windows 7 installer.

Essentially the Win7 and Win8 installers are going to be either quite similar or same, the installer for Vista compared to Win7 was almost exactly the same aside from the styles being changed and adding a few options. So don't worry what the installer for Win8 is going to look like, they usually don't work on that until Pre-beta for presentation purposes, and even those styles will most likely change like in the case of Win7 Beta/RC to RTM styles.

Ok, so I was finally able to get around to installing 7955 for testing, I used the Blue Pill to get it running with all tweaks and whistles, and I have to say its pretty damn good. And this build unlike the 7850 build is quite responsive, in fact I would say its much more responsive than the 7601 Win7 build I am using...

not a lot different with 7950 build right?
Must I have the red pill to get those hidden features?

@Compyto, Nobody knows what the next leak is or when. I doubt requesting this information will get you anywhere. The actual person who leaked the builds seems to be hidden for protection. Also, according to sources. Only install.wim from 7850, 7955 and 7959 were stolen. The person also claimed that this means no more builds for us, I doubt it's the case though. It seems there's been no news on new Windows 8 builds though. Strange...

@Chilexican, The time bomb will be probrably cracked near the expiery dates.

After the time bombs fail, it won't matter anyways they will probably have a new leak for us to mess around with...

i was wondering when you download 7955 is it a torrent or direct iso download

i tried to install the one with the original installer on the windows virtual pc,

but it doesnt even start the installation - after 'windows is loading files' the new BSOD shows up ;/

A torrent would come from elsewhere, like TPB.
