The size of a USB drive, this PC named Raspberry Pi was carried out by a British foundation of the same name to promote computer studies audited children. Made to be plugged into a TV or in combination with a touchscreen, it would only cost $25 to produce!

Specifications:
700MHz ARM11 processor
128MB SDRAM
OpenGL ES 2.0
Decodes video 1080p30 H.264 high-profile
Composite and HDMI outputs
USB 2.0
Card Reader SD / MMC / SDIO
General-purpose I / O
OS Ubuntu 9.04 and Iceweasel embedded software, KOffice, Python

I think the BOM price is $25 -- it'll definitely cost more to produce than that. I could see it under $75, MAYBE.

It's a good idea but being, myself - an amuter programmer. I have a PC with Visual C# Express that works absolutely fine.
Plus the Pi does not have the best Spec!
