I'm in the process of putting together 40 8megapixel photos into a 100megapixel composite that I will try to post(is there a size limit on the image uploader?) soon.
I took this while waiting for the rental service guy to come try f*ck us over into paying for towing when the car was clearly out of gas (We denied, this was a few hours ago).
Edit: I shoot in Adobe RGB, anyone know how to not get weird/off colours when saving for web?
This is absolutely stunning and would be perfect as a desktop background.
I think all three of those would be excellent wallpaper material, almost the kind of stuff they'd bundle with Windows! I think I'd happily use them, 'cept I don't generally keep wallpapers like that for so long, despite my preference for them.

That's nice, weird atmosphere, I love being places like that but a picture will suffice.
If you could give me that image in full resolution I'd be more than happy. This is absolutely stunning and would be perfect as a desktop background.
No problem, the full 8mp resolution is a bit much for web, so I looked up your resolution(s) in the screenshot thread, and thought that 1920x1280 would be a good tradeoff.
Note: I'm dual-hosting this for quality.

I'm actually not too thrilled about the quality myself, a lot of chromatic abberation, I'm getting a new lens soon which will (hopefully) fix this...
Edit:
This grasshopper just landed on my cracker...

My Wife Any picture that she's in has to be my favorite and best-taken.
Don't remember where I took this...somewhere in Bagdhad shortly after getting there.
Both of these pictures were taken with my now sold Sony cybershot DSC T-7. Cost me $500 two years ago and it took really pics for it's size. I recently bought my wife a Canon Digital Rebel XT....now that thing takes beautiful pictures....might take some pics with that to throw on here sometime.
By the way, every else's pictures here looks awesome. Very good work to you all.
**Edit: Just remembered that both of these pictures were pretty grainy due to lack of sufficient lighting...so they mayb not look great close-up.
