Folks at Vietnamese site Tinhte claims to have got their hands on an official white iPhone 4 from Apple which is said to be running a pre-release version of iOS 5. Video after the break.



The video shows off new Exposé-style multitasking switcher, along with new spotlight search user-interface in iOS 5 running on what appears to be a genuine white iPhone 4 from Apple.



Even though this might look like one of those smart jailbreak tweak tricks available on Cydia, but as Engadget points out, Tinhte has a nice history of getting hands on pre-release Apple-ware. So their claim on this being iOS 5 running on white iPhone 4 might just be the real deal.

i saw the pictures and view the video and i really liked it, even though being a wp7 phone man myself. the new multitasking ui is better than anything else out their (that is not a jailbreak app). i wish they added that in the past updates, i would have loved to test it out on my bros iphone

I prefers that UI rather than the current dock style.

Just heared that IOS 5 will enrypt your tracking data by default!

I think that there will be no new MultiTasking User Interface in iOS 5, because the acutal MultiTasking UI is pretty awesome.
They will be encrypt your tracking data bay default, like ccmax said.

I find the current iOS multitasking UI quite intuitive myself, but only if you enable the gestures in 4.3! Its quite annoying having to double-tap the home button every time to access the multi-tasking bar; swiping between the apps with 4-5 fingers, pinching for the home screen and swiping up for the multitasking bar is much easier . To enable these gestures (on an iPad 1/2), just go into Xcode on a mac, connect the device and hit 'use for development', if you don't have a developer plan with Apple, just hit 'cancel' then. Using the gestures is much easier than having to double-tap home every time; and this could be the future (should apple remove the home button)!

the new multitasking interface looks alot like the palm pre interface :-/ im not a big fan prefer the original apple interface

I still prefer the Blackberry with true multitasking, iOS just freezes the state and saves to memory with a tag on the bottom. Blackberry OS in fact does have true multitasking, because I have tested a few apps with each other while working on another. For example Tether (http://tether.com) allows for tethering your phone as modem, even if you don't have the service. I ran it background and I still was able to jump online, while I was chatting in BB Messenger. The sad thing about iOS, is its not a true multi-tasking. It is just allowing for you to "resume" your app later lol...

It would be about a time to get that feature since Multifl0w has offered same feature a long time ago.
